At the cooking Olympics Bocuse d'Or
Europe's biggest food fair Sirha took place in Lyon, France at the end of January and Allan and Tiiu were part of the Estonian delegation which visited the fair. People working in the catering industry had gathered from around the world to see the huge fair and many world standard contests, where the best chefs, pastry-cooks and cheese-makers were chosen. Estonian team also took part of the chefs' contest Bocuse d'Or and the whole Estonian delegation cheered our chefs on. This was an interesting trip which also broadened our minds.
